The AI-powered LMS built in Phnom Penh, for Cambodian schools.
SEKSAAHUB is an AI-powered Learning Management System and Education CRM built in Cambodia, for Cambodian schools, academies, tutoring centers, and NGOs. Khmer and English as first-class languages. Used daily by Seksaa Tech Academy (200+ students) and SabaiCode. Built by the team that runs these schools — every feature was prototyped in a real Cambodian classroom before it shipped.

Why LMS choice matters in Cambodia specifically
Most LMS platforms were not built with Cambodia in mind. Moodle is designed for universities with IT staff. Google Classroom is built for the global education market and treats Khmer as one of dozens of UI translations. International school management systems assume an institutional context that does not match how most Cambodian schools, tutoring centers, and academies actually operate.
The result is that Cambodian schools end up choosing between: adapting their workflows to fit foreign software, paying for expensive enterprise systems with weak Khmer support, or stitching together a stack of free tools (Google Classroom + Zoom + WhatsApp + Excel) that breaks the moment they try to scale or report to a parent or donor.
SEKSAAHUB takes the opposite approach. The platform was designed by Cambodian educators for Cambodian schools, with Khmer as a working language from day one. The team that builds it runs Seksaa Tech Academy and SabaiCode on it. AI features — quiz generation, grading, the 24/7 student tutor — work in Khmer as natively as they do in English.
What Cambodian schools get
Khmer + English as first-class languages
UI, AI tutor, AI quiz generation, and AI grading work natively in both languages. A Khmer-medium primary section and an English-medium secondary section can run side by side on one platform.
Local team in Phnom Penh
The team that builds SEKSAAHUB is based in Phnom Penh. Same time zone, same context, same understanding of what running a Cambodian school looks like — including the unique parts that international vendors do not see.
Data stored in Singapore (close to Cambodia)
All data is on AWS in ap-southeast-1 (Singapore) — the closest AWS region to Cambodia, with low latency to Phnom Penh and Cambodian provincial cities. Encrypted at rest and in transit.
Designed for Cambodian networks
Mobile apps work on slower 3G connections common in provincial Cambodia. Materials cache for offline review. Assessments queue and sync when bandwidth returns. Real classrooms shaped the design.
AI features that understand Khmer
AI quiz generation reads Khmer source material. The 24/7 AI tutor answers student questions in Khmer. AI grading scores Khmer essays. Most international AI LMS platforms cannot do this at all.
Real Cambodian customer base
Seksaa Tech Academy (200+ students) and SabaiCode use SEKSAAHUB every day. They’re Cambodian schools running on a Cambodian-built platform. The features you see are battle-tested in real Cambodian classrooms.
Reports that work for MoEYS and donors
Attendance, enrollment, grades, and engagement export to CSV for any Cambodian reporting requirement — MoEYS, parent reports, NGO donor reports. You own the data and the format.
Parent communication on one platform
Per-student messaging with push notifications. Parents see attendance, grades, and live class schedule for their child without WhatsApp chaos. Multilingual — Khmer for Khmer-speaking parents, English for English-speaking ones, same record.
SEKSAAHUB vs international LMSs in the Cambodian context
Cambodian schools typically choose between three options: a global LMS like Moodle adapted with community Khmer translation, a free tool like Google Classroom, or a purpose-built platform like SEKSAAHUB. Here is how they compare for a Cambodian school specifically.
| Category | SEKSAAHUB | International LMS (Moodle, etc.) | Free alternative (Google Classroom) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Khmer language support | First-class — UI, AI tutor, AI grading | Community translation, partial | UI only, no AI features in Khmer |
| Local support (Phnom Penh team) | Direct — same time zone, same context | International only | Google support forums |
| Data residency | AWS Singapore (ap-southeast-1) | Wherever self-hosted | Google US / EU |
| AI grading | Built-in for MCQ, short answer, essay | Plugin required, mostly paid | Not available |
| Live classes | Built-in HD with auto-recording | Plugin or external (Zoom) | Google Meet (separate) |
| Native mobile apps | iOS + Android (students + parents) | Varies; often dense | iOS + Android (assignment-only) |
| Education CRM (inquiry → enrollment) | Built-in pipeline | Not available | Not available |
| Cambodian customer references | Seksaa Tech Academy, SabaiCode (and more) | Few, mostly universities | Many, but generic |
| Setup time | 10–15 minutes (hosted) | Days (needs IT staff) | Same — but limited features |

Frequently asked questions
Does SEKSAAHUB support Khmer language fully?
Yes — Khmer is a first-class language, not a translation patch. The interface, AI tutor, AI quiz generation, and AI grading all work natively in Khmer. A Khmer-medium primary school and an English-medium secondary school can run side by side on the same platform. The team that builds SEKSAAHUB is based in Phnom Penh — Khmer is a working language internally, not an afterthought.
Where is our school’s data stored?
All data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the ap-southeast-1 region (Singapore). Singapore is the closest AWS region to Cambodia, so latency is low. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and customer organizations own their data fully — you can export everything at any time in CSV or other standard formats.
Can we use SEKSAAHUB for MoEYS reporting?
Yes. SEKSAAHUB exports attendance, enrollment, grades, and engagement data in standard formats (CSV, Excel) for any reporting requirement, including MoEYS (Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport). We do not currently pre-format MoEYS-specific reports automatically — but the underlying data is yours and exportable, so generating a MoEYS report is a one-step transform rather than a multi-week data-collection project.
Are there Cambodian schools already using SEKSAAHUB?
Yes. Seksaa Tech Academy (200+ students, daily use) and SabaiCode — both based in Phnom Penh — run their entire operation on SEKSAAHUB. The team that builds SEKSAAHUB also runs these schools, so every feature was prototyped in a real Cambodian classroom before it shipped. We are actively onboarding more Cambodian schools, academies, tutoring centers, and NGOs.
Will it work for rural Cambodian schools with slow internet?
The mobile apps are designed for the networks rural learners actually have. The app works on slower 3G connections and degrades gracefully when bandwidth is constrained. Materials are cached locally so students can review lessons without a connection, and assessments queue and sync when the network returns. Live classes need a reasonable connection, but most other features work offline-first.
Does it support the Cambodian school calendar?
Yes. The platform does not enforce a Western academic calendar — terms, semesters, and program cycles are configurable per organization. Schools using a Khmer-style calendar, an international-school calendar, or any custom term structure can set it up however they need.
Does it integrate with Cambodian payment methods (ABA, Wing, Pi Pay)?
Direct in-app payment integration is on the roadmap. Today most Cambodian schools and tutors handle payment outside the platform — ABA bank transfer, Wing, mobile money, or cash for in-person sessions — and use SEKSAAHUB to track enrollment status (paid, partial, overdue). The CRM pipeline captures payment status so staff know who has paid for the current term.
How much does it cost for a Cambodian school?
Every new organization gets a 30-day free trial with full access to live classes, AI grading, the CRM, mobile apps, and analytics — no credit card required. After the trial, pricing scales with student and educator count. We work with Cambodian schools and NGOs on local-context pricing — contact info@seksaatech.com if budget is a constraint.
How does SEKSAAHUB compare to Google Classroom for Cambodian schools?
Google Classroom is free and works well for distributing assignments, especially for schools already on Google Workspace for Education. SEKSAAHUB is a full education platform — live classes, AI grading, parent communication, attendance, enrollment CRM, and mobile apps — with Khmer-language AI features Google Classroom does not have. The honest framing: if you only need to hand out assignments, Google Classroom is free and fine. If you want to run your school’s entire operation on one system with Khmer support, SEKSAAHUB.
Can I see the platform in Khmer before signing up?
Yes — once you sign up (no credit card required), you can switch the interface language to Khmer. We also publish a Khmer-language blog post about school management software in Cambodia: read it at /blog/school-management-system-cambodia-km.
