Audience — K-12, Secondary, and Language Schools
Run your entire school in one platform.
Live classes, AI grading, attendance, gradebook, parent communication, and a built-in enrollment pipeline — all in one platform, all on the same student record. Built for K-12, secondary, and language schools that want to stop juggling five tools and start teaching.
SEKSAAHUB is used daily by Seksaa Tech Academy (200+ students) and SabaiCode — the team that builds it also runs schools on it. Every feature was born from a real classroom problem.
What running a school in 2026 actually looks like
A typical small school today runs on a stack: Google Classroom or Moodle for assignments, Zoom or Google Meet for live classes, WhatsApp groups for parent communication, Excel for the gradebook, a payment app for fees, and a spreadsheet — usually several spreadsheets — for tracking inquiries from prospective families. Each tool is fine in isolation. Stitched together they leak.
A student record exists in five places and matches in none. A parent message gets lost in a WhatsApp thread no one is moderating. Quiz grading takes the math teacher three hours every weekend. A new family inquires through the website, the message sits unread for four days, and they enroll somewhere else.
SEKSAAHUB collapses that stack into one platform: lessons, live classes, attendance, grading, AI tutoring, parent communication, inquiry pipeline, enrollment — all sharing the same student record. When a parent asks how their child is doing, the answer is one screen, not five tab-switches.
What SEKSAAHUB does for schools
Live HD classes with auto-recording
Built-in video classes — no Zoom subscription. One click starts class, another records it. Recordings are transcribed and summarized so students who missed class catch up in minutes.
AI-powered grading and quiz generation
Paste a lesson, get a quiz. AI grades MCQ instantly and suggests scores for essays and short answers — teachers review and approve. Hours of grading become minutes.
Shared lesson library across teachers
Materials live in a school-wide library. Multiple teachers running parallel sections share the same content. Substitute teachers stepping in mid-term get everything they need.
Attendance + configurable gradebook
Mark attendance per session on web or mobile. Gradebook supports weighted categories — homework, quizzes, exams — and generates report cards at term end with no extra step.
Parent communication on the same record
Per-student messaging, push notifications for grades and absences, and a parent view of the student’s progress. No more WhatsApp threads where every message gets lost.
Inquiry-to-enrollment CRM built in
Capture every prospective family from form, walk-in, or referral. Track tours, trial classes, and enrollments through a pipeline designed for how schools acquire students.
Native iOS + Android apps
Students take quizzes, watch lessons, join live classes, and chat with the AI tutor from their phone. Parents check progress and get notifications on theirs.
First-class Khmer + English
UI, AI tutor, and quiz generation work natively in both languages. A Khmer-medium primary school and an English-medium secondary school can run side by side on the same platform.
A day at a school running on SEKSAAHUB
The point of a platform is the boring stuff. Here's what an ordinary Tuesday at Seksaa Tech Academy looks like.
7:30 AM
Morning attendance
Homeroom teachers mark attendance on their phone before class starts. Absent students trigger an automatic parent notification.
9:00 AM
Math class starts
Teacher hits Start. The HD live class records automatically. A student at home joins from the mobile app and follows along.
10:30 AM
Quiz generated for the next lesson
Between classes, teacher pastes tomorrow’s reading into the AI quiz generator. A 10-question quiz appears in 30 seconds. Teacher tweaks two questions and publishes.
1:00 PM
Yesterday's quiz auto-graded
Multiple choice graded instantly. Short answers scored by AI with suggested marks and feedback — teacher reviews 25 submissions in 10 minutes instead of an hour.
3:30 PM
A parent asks about progress
Parent opens the app. Sees attendance for the week, current grades, recent quiz scores, and an upcoming assignment. No phone call required.
5:00 PM
New inquiry from a prospective family
School tour request comes in through the website. Lands in the admissions team’s CRM queue. Auto-acknowledgement goes out within seconds.
SEKSAAHUB vs your current stack
Most schools we onboard come from one of two places: a stitched-up stack of consumer tools (Zoom + Google Classroom + WhatsApp + Excel), or a legacy school management system that has not changed since 2015. Here is how they compare.
| Category | SEKSAAHUB | Stitched stack | Legacy school software |
|---|---|---|---|
| Live classes | Built-in HD with one-click recording | Zoom or Google Meet (separate) | Usually missing or weak |
| AI grading (MCQ + short answer + essay) | Built-in across all question types | Paid plugin or manual | Manual; no AI |
| 24/7 AI tutor for students | Built-in, grounded in lessons | Not available | Not available |
| Attendance + gradebook | Built-in, configurable weights | Excel or separate tool | Yes, but clunky |
| Parent communication | Per-student messaging + push notifications | WhatsApp + email + phone | SMS only, usually |
| Inquiry-to-enrollment CRM | Built-in pipeline | Spreadsheet + WhatsApp | Not typically included |
| Native mobile apps (iOS + Android) | Yes — students and parents | Each tool has its own app | Dated or absent |
| Multilingual UI (English + Khmer) | First-class | English-only mostly | English-only mostly |
| Setup time | 10–15 minutes | Onboarding never ends | Days to weeks |
| Total monthly cost (small school, ~100 students) | Single subscription | 3–5 stacked subscriptions | Per-seat + maintenance contract |

Frequently asked questions
Do we need IT staff to run SEKSAAHUB?
No. SEKSAAHUB is a hosted SaaS — there is no server to provision, no plugins to install, no database to back up. Most schools sign up, create their first class, and invite students within 15 minutes. A teacher who has used Google Classroom can use SEKSAAHUB. Schools with IT staff use them for content migration, single sign-on, and integrations — not day-to-day operations.
Can it handle our existing student records and grades?
Yes. Student lists, class rosters, courses, and grade history can be imported via CSV or Moodle backup files. The Seksaa Tech onboarding team handles the import for new schools — typically a 1 to 2 week project for schools under 500 students.
How do parents see their child’s progress?
Parents get their own login or link to the student account. The parent view shows attendance, grades, recent quiz scores, assignment due dates, and live class schedule. Push notifications via the mobile app keep parents informed of new grades, absences, and important announcements — without WhatsApp threads no one is reading.
Does it work for K-12 or just higher education?
Both, but SEKSAAHUB is designed primarily for K-12, secondary schools, language schools, and tutoring centers — schools where parent involvement, attendance tracking, and progress reporting matter as much as the curriculum delivery. Universities use SEKSAAHUB too, but Moodle and Canvas have more research-grade gradebook features for that segment.
How does attendance and the report card work?
Attendance is recorded per class session — teachers mark it on web or mobile. The gradebook supports configurable category weights (homework 20%, quizzes 30%, exams 50%, etc.), and end-of-term report cards generate from the gradebook with no extra step. Schools can export to PDF for printing or share digitally with parents.
Can multiple teachers share materials and lesson plans?
Yes. Materials and lessons can be reused across classes and teachers. When a teacher uploads a worksheet or builds a quiz, it lives in a shared library — another teacher running a parallel section can pull it in. Substitute teachers stepping in mid-term get instant access to the materials the regular teacher uses.
What about education ministry reporting requirements?
Schools can export attendance, grades, and enrollment data in standard formats (CSV, Excel) for any reporting requirement — including MoEYS in Cambodia. For schools that need bespoke reports, the data is yours and exportable at any time. Customer organizations own their data fully.
How does AI grading handle handwritten work or diagrams?
AI grading works on text submissions — typed answers, essays, code. Handwritten work, diagrams, and physical artifacts still need human review. Schools typically use AI grading for the parts where it shines (quizzes, written responses, programming submissions) and keep visual or hands-on work in the teacher’s queue.
Can we run SEKSAAHUB in Khmer for younger students?
Yes. The UI, AI tutor, and quiz generation all work natively in Khmer. Primary schools in Cambodia run with Khmer as the main language and switch to English for English-language classes — both work side by side in the same school. Multilingual is supported as a first-class feature, not a translation hack.
What does it cost for a school?
Pricing scales with student and educator count. Every new organization gets a 30-day free trial with full access to live classes, AI grading, the CRM, mobile apps, and analytics — no credit card required. After the trial, schools pick a paid plan based on their size. Most small-to-mid sized schools find the bundled cost lower than a stacked-tool subscription stack.
