Audience — NGOs Running Education Programs
One platform for the whole beneficiary journey — recruitment to graduation to alumni.
Track every applicant through selection, enrollment, and graduation. Deliver lessons across multiple program sites. Grade assessments with AI. Export donor-ready outcome reports. SEKSAAHUB is purpose-built for NGOs running structured education and training programs — without the price tag of enterprise NGO software.
Multilingual (English + Khmer first-class), mobile-first for rural learners, and priced like a SaaS rather than a consultant-led deployment. Start your 30-day free trial — no commitment, full feature access.
What an NGO education program actually runs on
A typical NGO education program runs on a patchwork: Google Forms for intake, Excel for cohort tracking, paper attendance sheets that get transcribed weekly, WhatsApp groups for facilitator coordination, Zoom for the rare online session, and donor reports assembled by hand at the end of every quarter from data scattered across all of those tools.
The opposite extreme is enterprise NGO software — Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, BluPrint, custom CommCare deployments. These work but cost more than most small-to-mid sized NGOs can sustain without a multi-year grant earmarked for tooling. Setup takes weeks of consultant time. Local facilitators rarely use the full system.
SEKSAAHUB sits in between. Purpose-built for delivering education programs (not generic CRM bent to fit), affordable enough to run on core budget rather than a tooling grant, and designed for the staff who actually deliver the program — including facilitators in rural sites with intermittent connectivity. The data exports cleanly when it is time to write the donor report.
What SEKSAAHUB does for NGOs
Applicant intake + selection pipeline
Track every applicant from inquiry through eligibility screening, selection, and enrollment. Capture rejection reasons for analysis. Convert selected applicants to enrolled beneficiaries in one step.
Cohort grouping across locations
Run the same program across multiple sites — Phnom Penh, Battambang, Siem Reap, anywhere. Each cohort tracked independently with location-scoped facilitator permissions. Program director sees all cohorts in one dashboard.
AI-graded assessments and quizzes
Baseline tests, midterms, endline assessments — graded by AI with facilitator review. Cuts hours of marking per cohort. Especially valuable for adult literacy and English programs where writing assessment matters.
Attendance + completion tracking
Per-session attendance on mobile (works offline, syncs when connected). Automatic completion-rate calculation per cohort. No more weekly paper-to-Excel transcription.
Mobile-first for rural learners
Native iOS + Android apps designed for the networks rural learners actually have — works on slower 3G, degrades gracefully. Audio-first for limited-literacy programs.
Khmer + English first-class
UI, AI tutor, AI quiz generation, and AI grading all work natively in both languages. A program teaching rural Khmer-speaking learners can deliver content in Khmer while facilitator reports go to English-speaking donors.
Donor-ready data export
Attendance, completion, assessment scores, engagement metrics — exports to CSV for any reporting format you need. Combine with employment / income / outcome data for impact reports. Your data, your control.
Alumni follow-up + impact tracking
Beneficiaries stay in the system after the program ends. Track post-program outcomes — employment, further education, income changes — through the same CRM pipeline. The longitudinal data donors increasingly require.
A program cycle on SEKSAAHUB
NGO programs run on cycles — not single days, not single weeks. Here is what a typical 6-month cohort looks like on the platform, from applicant recruitment through alumni follow-up.
Pre-program: Recruitment
Track every applicant
Inquiries from outreach events, partner organizations, and online forms land in a single pipeline. Filter by eligibility criteria. Mark selected vs declined with reasons logged.
Day 1: Cohort onboarding
Enroll the cohort
Selected applicants convert to enrolled beneficiaries in one step. They get accounts, mobile app access, and the program schedule. Welcome materials auto-distribute.
Week 4: Assessment
AI-graded baseline test
Facilitator paste the assessment into the AI grader. Multiple choice scored instantly. Written sections scored with suggested marks and feedback. Facilitator reviews and finalizes.
Week 12: Multi-site update
Same curriculum, different provinces
Three cohorts running in Phnom Penh, Battambang, and Siem Reap on the same materials. Facilitators in each location track their cohort independently. Program director sees all three in one dashboard.
End of program
Outcome report
Attendance, completion rates, baseline-to-endline assessment gains, mobile engagement — exported to CSV. Combined with employment / income / graduation data for the donor report.
Six months later
Alumni follow-up
Beneficiaries stay in the system. The CRM pipeline tracks alumni outcomes — employment, further education — building the impact evidence donors expect.
SEKSAAHUB vs ad-hoc tools vs enterprise NGO software
NGOs running education programs typically choose between three setups. Here is how they compare.
| Category | SEKSAAHUB | Ad-hoc tool stack | Enterprise NGO software |
|---|---|---|---|
| Applicant intake + selection tracking | Built-in CRM pipeline (inquiry → selected → enrolled) | Google Forms + Excel + email | Yes, but configured by a consultant |
| Cohort-based program delivery | Built-in cohort grouping per class | Separate spreadsheet per batch | Yes, but heavy to set up |
| Live + on-demand lessons | Built-in HD video + recordings | Zoom + Google Drive | Usually missing — assumes in-person |
| AI-graded assessments | MCQ, short answer, essay | Manual or no formal assessment | Not available |
| Attendance tracking | Per-session, mobile-friendly | Paper sheets + manual entry | Yes, but desktop-only |
| Multilingual delivery (Khmer + English) | First-class for both | Mostly English tools | Translation usually extra |
| Mobile-first for rural learners | Native iOS + Android apps | Web only, weak on slow networks | Desktop-first, often unusable on mobile |
| Outcome reporting (for donors / government) | Built-in export (CSV) of any data view | Manual aggregation every quarter | Yes, often the strongest feature |
| Setup time | 10–15 minutes | Never finished | Weeks of consultant time |
| Cost (small program, ~50 beneficiaries) | Single affordable subscription | Free in dollars; expensive in staff time | $$$$ (often only viable via donated licenses) |
Built for your program type
SEKSAAHUB fits any NGO running structured education delivery — curriculum, cohorts, assessments, outcomes. The capability set adapts to the program.
Vocational training programs
Coding bootcamps for at-risk youth, electrical / plumbing / hospitality skills, livelihood programs. Track from intake through graduation through employment placement.
Adult literacy + numeracy
AI-graded assessment of reading and writing progress. Audio-first delivery for limited-literacy learners. Khmer + English supported equally.
English language programs
AI-graded writing and reading assessments. Recorded speaking practice with the AI tutor. Level-based progression tracked across cohorts and locations.
Teacher training programs
Run training-of-trainers programs that scale your impact. Track each trainee through their own training program AND the schools they go on to support.
Women's empowerment + digital skills
Mobile-first delivery reaches learners who do not own laptops. Khmer-native AI tutor available 24/7 for learners who cannot study on a fixed schedule.
Scholarship + sponsorship programs
Track scholars across the schools they attend with their progress, attendance, and assessment results visible to the sponsoring NGO without manual reporting from each school.
Refugee + displaced-learner education
Mobile apps work for learners in transient situations. Multilingual delivery. Data ownership stays with the NGO for protection-sensitive contexts.
Multi-donor program portfolios
Run several donor-funded programs simultaneously with separate cohorts, separate outcome metrics, and separate exportable reports — without separate tools.
Built by educators, sustainable on core budget
SEKSAAHUB is built by Seksaa Tech, the team that operates Seksaa Tech Academy and SabaiCode in Cambodia. The same platform that runs a 200-student school works for a 50-beneficiary NGO cohort or a 500-beneficiary multi-site program. The pricing scales the same way.
We are actively onboarding NGO partners and willing to discuss grant-budget pricing, custom data export formats, and any specific compliance requirements your donors impose. Honest conversation about fit beats overselling — if SEKSAAHUB is not the right tool for your program, we will tell you.

Frequently asked questions
Is this affordable for an NGO budget?
Yes. SEKSAAHUB is priced like a SaaS subscription, not enterprise NGO software. The 30-day free trial gives full access so you can verify fit before committing. Most NGOs with cohorts under 200 beneficiaries find SEKSAAHUB less expensive than the combined cost of Google Workspace + survey tools + manual data entry time. We also work with funded NGOs on grant-budget pricing — contact us.
Can we run this across multiple program locations?
Yes. The same NGO can run cohorts in Phnom Penh, Battambang, Siem Reap, and Kampong Cham (or any other province / country) on shared curriculum and materials. Each location has its own facilitator with scoped permissions, but the program director sees all cohorts in one dashboard. Useful for any NGO running the same program at multiple sites.
Can we generate reports for donors and government?
Yes. Attendance, enrollment, completion, and assessment data exports to CSV for any reporting format you need — USAID, KOICA, GIZ, World Bank, MoEYS, or custom. You own your data. We do not provide pre-built templates for every donor format (that varies too much to standardize), but the underlying data is yours and exportable at any time.
Does it work for free / non-tuition programs?
Yes. The CRM pipeline is built around inquiry → selection → enrollment → completion, which matches NGO program flow even when no money changes hands. The “enrollment“ stage is about formal acceptance into the cohort, not payment. You can ignore the payment / invoicing features entirely.
How does facilitator turnover work? We hire seasonal staff.
New facilitators get an account with scoped permissions in minutes. They see only the cohorts they are assigned to. When someone leaves, you revoke access without losing any data — every action they took (attendance marked, assessments graded, notes written) stays attributed and intact. Substitute facilitators stepping in mid-program get access to all the materials the original facilitator used.
Does it work in Khmer for rural learners?
Yes. The UI, AI tutor, AI quiz generation, and assessment grading all work natively in Khmer. Mobile apps are designed for the kind of networks rural learners actually have — they work on slower 3G connections and degrade gracefully. For learners with limited literacy, audio-first lessons and recorded explanations work better than text-heavy interfaces, and the platform supports both.
Can we track impact outcomes after the program ends?
Yes. Beneficiaries stay in the system after program completion. The CRM tracks alumni status — employment, further education, income changes — through whatever follow-up cadence your M&E plan uses (six months, one year, two years). This is exactly the kind of longitudinal data donors increasingly require, and most NGO tool stacks lose track of beneficiaries the day the program ends.
Can we export everything for our own custom analysis?
Yes. All data — beneficiaries, attendance, assessments, engagement, outcomes — exports to CSV. NGOs running serious M&E with Stata, R, or Python can pull SEKSAAHUB data into their own analysis. We do not lock you in.
What about data privacy for beneficiary records?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Customer organizations own their data and can export it any time. The platform runs on AWS infrastructure in ap-southeast-1 (Singapore). For NGOs with specific data-residency commitments to donors (e.g., UNICEF or government partnerships), contact us to discuss the specifics before committing.
Do you have NGO references we can talk to?
SEKSAAHUB is most-deployed at education businesses and schools today — Seksaa Tech Academy and SabaiCode are the largest customers. We are actively onboarding NGO partners; reach out and we can discuss the fit honestly, including any limitations for your specific program type.
