SEKSAAHUB is a learning management system (LMS) that provides tools for teaching, assessment, grading, and student progress tracking. The platform includes web and mobile applications, live class functionality, AI-powered features, and course management tools.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person or organization may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service to distribute malware or harmful content

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to SEKSAAHUB, including courses, lessons, assignments, and materials. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the service.

6. AI Features

Our AI-powered features (quiz generation, auto-grading, AI tutor) are provided as assistance tools. Educators are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content and grades before they are finalized. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

SEKSAAHUB is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
