Pricing FAQ
Why don’t you list public prices?
Honest answer: pricing is a moving target during early growth. We are working with schools and educators in Cambodia and Southeast Asia to find the price points that work for both sides — and committing to a fixed table now would mean having to renegotiate with every customer the next time we adjust. The permanent Free plan means you can verify fit before pricing matters. Contact info@seksaatech.com and we will quote you what is current.
Is there really no credit card needed to start?
Correct. Sign up with an email and start using the Free plan. We do not collect a credit card, and Free does not auto-convert to a paid plan. Upgrade to PRO or PREMIUM only when you need the marketplace, encrypted video, or Engagement CRM.
What is included in the Free plan?
The full LMS — classes, courses, lessons, materials, quizzes, assignments — plus all AI features (AI grading, AI tutor, AI quiz generation), student management, attendance, native iOS and Android apps, push notifications, and bilingual UI. Free uses MP4 video playback. What Free does NOT include: the marketplace, encrypted HD video streaming, the Engagement CRM, coach management, and finance views — those are PRO features.
Can I sign up as an individual tutor?
Yes. The signup flow supports both organization-based and individual accounts. A solo tutor signs up with an email, creates classes, and invites students — no business registration required. If you grow into a small academy later, you can convert the individual account to an organization without losing data.
How does PRO and PREMIUM pricing scale?
PRO and PREMIUM scale with the number of active students and educators in your organization. A solo tutor with 10 students pays less than a 200-student school. A 200-student school pays less than a 2,000-student academy. We are working with customers to find the right curve — contact us and we will share the current numbers.
Do you offer NGO or education-mission discounts?
Yes. We work with funded NGOs on grant-budget pricing. The cost structure of running a funded education program is different from a commercial tutoring center, and our pricing reflects that. Email info@seksaatech.com with a one-paragraph description of your program and we will scope it together.
What payment methods do you support?
Direct in-app payment integration is on the roadmap. Today most customers pay via bank transfer (locally or international), and we are exploring direct integrations for Cambodian payment methods (ABA, Wing) and global card processing. Talk to us about what works for your context.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no long-term contract. Monthly PRO and PREMIUM plans cancel at the end of the current billing month and your organization drops back to the Free tier — you keep your data and the full LMS. Yearly plans (typically discounted vs monthly) are prepaid for the year. We do not lock you in beyond the period you have committed to, and your data is fully exportable at any time.
